The Running Event 2026 education will center around the theme “Celebrating Run Specialty: Now and Tomorrow.”
This year’s program will come to life through actionable content and interactive learning opportunities designed to help run specialty professionals navigate today’s evolving retail landscape and prepare for the future.
To bring these conversations to life, our team is collecting session proposals from a diverse range of voices across the industry. We invite individuals with varied experiences, perspectives, and roles to share their knowledge with our community of run specialty retail professionals by submitting a session proposal.
TRE’s education audience includes store owners, managers, buyers, merchandisers, sales associates, marketing specialists, HR professionals, event directors, and other industry leaders who are shaping the future of run specialty.

Accepted speakers will meet with the content team to learn more about speaker packages, which may include honorarium, travel stipend, and / or complimentary housing. Packages are commensurate with experience and session type.
