December 2-4, 2025 | Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center | San Antonio, TX
The significance of mentorship reaches far beyond the mentor/mentee relationship. From career empowerment and personal growth, to pushing the industry forward and strengthening the running and outdoor community, mentorship within specialty retail is invaluable.
Erin Flynn (Professor, Bentley University) facilitates the virtual conversation and covers key areas of focus for retailers. You’ll also hear from a panel of leading specialty retail professionals, who will share tips and advice for cultivating a mentor/mentee relationship.
At the end of the webinar, participants had the opportunity to participate in a live Q&A as well as join the TRE Peer Mentor Program.
Erin Flynn is a 15-year running industry veteran and a former NCAA 5k/10k athlete at Georgetown University.
