Dan Sheridan has been a leader at Brooks for more than 26 years. Starting his journey in 1998 as a Guru (field rep), he has helped architect and drive Brooks’ strategy and growth in every role as he increased his responsibilities and leadership impact. Dan has consistently led with a customer-first mindset and people-centric operating mode. Over his career he held critical leadership roles in global sales, general management, operations, e-commerce, marketing, business development, customer service, and the brand’s enterprise and digital platforms. Prior to the being named CEO, he was President and COO with specific focus on scaling Brooks’ unique business model, brand, and culture around the world. With a track record of cultivating strong partnerships and cross-functional success, Dan has deep experience leading teams, driving process, and delivering results. Dan attended the University of Washington (UW), where he earned a bachelor’s degree in sociology and an Executive Development Program certificate from the UW’s Foster School of Business. He is currently on the board of directors for the Sports & Fitness Industry Association, Superfeet Worldwide, and UW’s Center for Leadership and Strategic Thinking.
