Joy Allen-Altimare, Global Chief Marketing Officer of Saucony, is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in leading brand innovation across highly competitive and rapidly evolving markets. She has a strong track record of developing profitable solutions driven by consumer data, purchase experiences, engagement, and media and consumer behavior changes. At Saucony, she is responsible for developing and executing Saucony’s global branding initiatives, including brand positioning, direct-to-consumer strategies, advertising, digital strategies, international growth initiatives and expansion of the brand’s global heritage lifestyle business.
Before joining Saucony, Joy was the Chief Revenue Officer for Havas Media Network North America (HMN NA). In that role, she oversaw the Client Experience, Growth, and Multicultural teams, working to improve client and operational excellence to create maximum value for both HMN NA and its clients.
Prior to that, Joy was the Chief Marketing Officer at Kindbody, a technology-driven fertility clinic network where she played a pivotal role in shaping its unique brand positioning and member experience. Before that, she served as the Chief Revenue Officer for EHE Health.
Throughout her career, Joy has become an expert adviser to organizations addressing growth, innovation and technology challenges.
Joy currently resides in Grand Rapids, Michigan with her husband and daughter.
