Tom Griffen has been developing specialty run teams for more than 20 years. His expertise encompasses the customer’s journey, leadership development, storytelling, and collaborative transformation. He’s partnered with all sorts of humble, yet high achieving groups including specialty retailers, product vendors, educational nonprofits, and entrepreneurs. Tom believes that kindness and love are foundational ingredients for wild success.

Tom is an Army veteran. His versatile past includes a career as a P.E. instructor, a middle and high school special education teacher, a running store owner, public speaker, and a freelance writer. He’s completed more than 50 ultramarathons, backpacked multiple long distance thru hikes, and in 2018 he walked across America. Tom holds an MFA in creative writing and currently lives in Carrboro, NC.
